Through continuous product development, we are able to offer a comprehensive range of films, pre-made bags, pouches and sacks, encompassing the most up to date production and material technology.

It was our mission to create a range of products that were not inferior to conventional mixed plastics, but equal.

Flat base pouches, also known as Box Pouches, 3D Pouches, 5 Panel Pouches and U Pouches, are side-gusseted pouches with five main panels for product branding. Due to having a true flat bottom, they offer good product stability and presentation on shelf. The additional branding section, which is visible when the pouch is laid down, offers a more premium package vs conventional SQ4 and stand up pouches.

Using a replacement to fossil fuel-based resin, this is a sustainable solution as the resin is derived from sugarcane. Sugarcane absorbs CO2 from the atmosphere as a crop without losing visual impact or physical performance to conventional mixed plastic laminates

Reduction in packaging up to 95%, compared to rigid containers

Flat bottom stability

Due to true flat bottom, offers superior stability on shelf, and product branding, as pack sits correctly formed every time

Suitable for 50g up to 15kg

Multiple webs

Within the same pack, you can have different laminate structures for performance, design, the ability of having a product window, and different finishes

This pack format is suitable for 50g up to 15kg weights, with options for multiple webs providing greater flexibility to designs and performance, as well as optional re-closure systems such as top sliders, press to close (PTC) zippers, and easy carry handles.

Duplex, triplex, quadraplex structures, common materials PET / Metallised PET / ALU / OPA / BOPP / LDPE / EVOH PE

A variety of handle shapes and styles are available and can be customised to suit your product for ease of transportation for the consumer

Can achieve a product window in material, whether film or pre-made bags

Valve

Guaranteed one-way venting system

Perforations

Micro perfs are small holes to allow venting of bags for air release. Various options are available to allow venting whilst restricting the amount of moisture that can go back into the pouch.

Easy lock

Very easy and simple to use closure with distinctive sound when opening and closing

Top Zipper

(PTC Press to Close) various single, double, and triple tracks, with and without sound and in various colour options, are all available to suit your product needs

Round Corners

Removal of sharp edges providing better consumer usability

Easy open Laser Score

In addition to tear notches, this enables a clean, straight opening across the pack, with minimal effort on the part of the consumer
