Tyler’s traditional laminated packaging range is used by a wide range of industries to pack product for pet food, human food, sports nutrition and health, building and chemical and lawn and garden sectors. Our strong, durable laminates have been designed to be versatile enough, to reduce the physical material needed to hold goods by up to 70% compared to rigid packaging.

Our Laminates

Our laminates are not only versatile, but they also have a premium finish, allowing up to 10 colours, and 3 finishes, allowing for your product to been seen on shelf.

· Gloss finish

· Matt finish

· Registered varnish (making sections of the pouch stand out on the shelf)

Our laminates protects and preserves valuable goods by keeping the good things in and the bad things out. Our customers can customise their product’s barrier properties to best optimise their shelf life.

Flexible packaging is more resource efficient than alternative packaging types. This is due to less material losses in production. It actually has a very low packaging-to-product ratio; 5-10 times lower than rigid.
