Re-meet the Account Management Team!

Two years ago, we published a news article titled “Meet the Team”, where we introduced you to Tyler’s Account Management team. This month, we’re catching up with them to see what they’ve been up to over the past two years. We’ll also be asking a few fun questions to help you get to know them even better. So sit back, grab a brew, and enjoy catching up with our Account Management Squad!

It’s been a busy two years, with plenty of updates to share! We’ve seen several promotions within the department, including Rachael, who was promoted to Senior Account Manager earlier this year.

Lucy continues to be the backbone of the office, managing customer accounts, keeping everything running smoothly, and being part of the amazing team that achieved the Investors in People Gold Award.

Emma has also stepped into a new role as Sales Administrator, taking on new responsibilities and supporting the wider business. We’ve missed Daniella over the past few months while she’s been on maternity leave, and we’re excited to welcome her back in January!

• Hidden talent – Creating structure from chaos.
• Current project – Assisting in the implementation of a new CRM system designed to enhance and streamline the day-to-day activities of internal account managers.
• What films / shows have you binged recently – The new Stranger Things, it’s been 3 years!
• What’s your current go to meal – As a daily gym goer it’s always chicken and vegetables.

• Hidden talent: Make a good choc brownie
• Current project: customer new projects – few new customers re designs
• What films / shows have you binged recently: Young Sheldon
• What’s your current go to meal: Pesto pasta 😃

• Hidden talent – Ooooh, not sure i’ve got one hahahah
• Current project – Managing the new bag station so everyone has visibility of the new projects, and also making sure everyone is up to date about the things going on within the business as communication champion!

Teams evolve. People grow. Roles shift. And revisiting their stories not only showcases the talent behind our brand but also reminds us of the culture we’re building every day.
